Apply for a credit account
If your company does not have a credit account with us, payment is required at checkout by credit or debit card. Payments are handled by Worldpay, one of the world’s leading online payment service providers.
If you select credit card payment when confirming your order, you will automatically enter the Worldpay web site where you can enter your card details. Please note that, for your protection against fraudulent activity, credit card details are not retained by us, so you will need to re-enter those details for each transaction. Most of the leading credit and debit cards are accepted, but we do not accept American Express.
To open a Credit Account A credit account application can be made from this web site by downloading and completing our application form from this link: "Trenchers Supply Form". The link opens an Excel form, which you can complete and save, then email back to us at enquiries@trenchers-midlands.co.uk Your credit application may take up to 24 hours to process. By completing a credit application request, you agree that we may use the services of our credit management company, Business Credit Management Services - their enquiries may include a credit search or a search for information at Companies House (where applicable). If your credit account is approved, you will be allocated a business account code - once this is done, any number of users can be created against each business account code, so colleagues in the office can have their own login details without having to be credit approved. |
