Nut allergy sufferer:

For a nut allergy meal we would prepare a meal of either a simple cheese or ham salad or sandwich, made away from all other ingredients. We would add a packet of sea salt crisps, a nomo bar, and a piece of fruit, which will be sealed in a platter bag with a disclaimer as followed.........

"Although we do not knowingly use nut product to make our buffets and catering, we would like to make the nut allergy sufferer aware that as a busy catering environment, caution would need to be taken as may contain trace nut particles. "
