Next-day Christmas delivery is subject to kitchen capacity, ingredient availability and the Birmingham delivery route, so it is important to provide complete information straight away.
Have These Details Ready
To give your order the best chance of being confirmed, prepare:
- the full delivery address and postcode
- the required delivery date
- the number of people
- your preferred delivery window
- complete dietary and allergen requirements
- the name and telephone number of the person receiving the delivery
- purchase order or invoicing information, where required
Missing dietary or delivery information can delay confirmation, particularly during busy December dates.
Choose a Straightforward Menu
At short notice, a clear and uncomplicated order is usually easiest to assess.
Festive sandwich platters contain eight sandwiches and are available in traditional turkey, vegetarian Brie and mixed bloomer selections.
Individual options include Santa’s Working Lunch, the Christmas Hearty Lunch and Simply Christmas in a Box for vegetarian guests.
Mince pies, Christmas cupcakes and mulled wine can be added where available.
Tell Us About Dietary Meals at the Start
Do not add dietary requirements after the rest of the order has been prepared.
Provide all vegetarian, vegan, halal, gluten-free and allergen information with the initial enquiry so suitable choices and preparation arrangements can be checked immediately.
Delivery Availability
Next-day delivery cannot be guaranteed during December. Availability depends on the order size, location, requested time and the capacity already committed to existing customers.
The sooner the complete order is submitted, the sooner availability can be checked.
Orders received after the normal cut-off may need to be offered a different time, menu or date, or may not be possible.
