12/2/2026 - Overall, how satisfied were you with Trenchers catering? 0 stars* What can Trenchers catering do better next time? The Gluten meal that was ordered was not delivered. Whilst this was refunded, along with a very small discount, it proved to be quite embarrassing whilst hosting external customers, especially for the person who did not receive a meal.                             Owner’s Comment                                            We publish all feedback — positive and negative — because transparency matters to us. On this occasion, a gluten-free meal was mistakenly omitted from an order. While the item was refunded immediately, we fully recognise that this caused inconvenience during an important meeting, and that is not the standard we aim for. Dietary and allergen meals are something we take extremely seriously. Following this incident, we strengthened our final dispatch checking procedure to ensure all special-requirement meals are double-verified before leaving our kitchen. 1/3/24 - We used Trenchers for a corporate breakfast and lunch for around 30 people at Fort Dunlop in Birmingham. Everything was excellent quality, delivered on time and at a very competitive price. They even did two special packed lunches for two members of our party with nut allergies. The Halal sandwich platters are a great idea as well. Highly recommended - we will use them again.

Jo loved her nut allergy option and would like that next time they have that meeting. I asked all managing directors for feedback and they had only positive things to say.
