Yes. Vegetarian and vegan options are available, and halal options can be prepared separately. We maintain an allergen matrix and label items clearly. Add any specific requirements in the order notes so our kitchen team can prepare the order correctly.

Can I amend an order after placing it?

If you need to adjust numbers or add delivery notes, contact us as early as possible. Small changes are often possible when received in time, especially delivery instructions and contact details.

How much food do I need for an office lunch?

As a general guide, plan around one lunch portion per person. For longer meetings, consider adding savouries and/or fruit. If you have mixed dietary requirements, add details in the order notes and we will help balance the order.

We plan delivery routes daily across Birmingham. To support on-time delivery, include any time requirements, reception instructions, and site access details in your order notes. If your delivery is time-critical (for example a training session or meeting), include that in the notes.

Yes. Orders are transported in refrigerated vehicles to keep food chilled from our kitchen to your workplace. Platters arrive ready to serve and clearly labelled.

What delivery details should I include to avoid delays?

Include the building name, full postcode, reception or entrance instructions, floor or department, a contact name, and a contact phone number if access is difficult. If parking is restricted, include the best drop-off point.

Can you deliver to a specific person or department?

Yes. Add the contact name and internal instructions in the order notes (for example: 'Reception for Sarah in HR' or 'Deliver to Training Room 2'). Clear notes help reduce delays.

What happens if nobody is available to receive the delivery?

If your site has reception, security, or a designated drop-off point, include this in the order notes. If the building cannot accept unattended deliveries, provide a contact name and phone number so we can avoid delays.

What if I need to change delivery instructions after ordering?

If you need to update delivery instructions, contact us as early as possible. Updates are more likely to be possible when received before the order is in preparation or out for delivery.
