We do not make our pastries on site, we just bake them from frozen. As such, all items may contain traces of other allergens (including nuts and sesame). Customers should always use their own judgement and check labels if unsure.

Pain aux raisins / Pan aux raisin

Ingredients: Water, wheat flour, raisins, butter (milk), sugar, eggs, yeast, modified starch, salt, wheat gluten, whey powder (milk), stabilisers (calcium acetate, tetrasodium diphosphate, disodium phosphate), skimmed milk powder, carrot extract, turmeric extract, paprika extract, flour treatment agents (alpha-amylases, hemicellulases, ascorbic acid), natural flavouring.

Pain au chocolat / Pan au chocolat

Ingredients: Wheat flour, butter (milk), water, chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), yeast, sugar, eggs, salt, wheat gluten, flour treatment agents (alpha-amylases, hemicellulases, ascorbic acid).

Butter croissant

Ingredients: Wheat flour, butter (milk), water, yeast, sugar, eggs, salt, wheat gluten, wheat sourdough, skimmed milk powder, flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid), acids (acetic acid, lactic acid).

Danish raisin swirl

Ingredients: Fortified wheat flour, sugar, palm oil, water, sultanas, rapeseed oil, yeast, whole egg, glucose syrup, coconut oil, invert sugar syrup, maize starch, whey powder (milk), whole milk powder, stabilisers (isomalt, sodium alginate), salt, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), flavouring, gelling agent (agar), milk protein concentrate, acidity regulator (citric acid), colour (carotenes), flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), preservative (potassium sorbate).

Chocolate & hazelnut croissant
